Lone Star Executive Suites

With a grand opening in March, Grapevine’s Lone Star Executive Suites will offer high-tech meeting spaces and virtual offices in a 1900s building that is bursting with Texas history.

“We have been told that it was a speakeasy during the prohibition,” property manager Monica Townsend says. “Over the years, this place has been a dentist office, a feed store, furniture store, pawn shop, pool hall and auto repair store.

“A retired Grapevine police officer shared a story of being stabbed here as a youth in a pool hall brawl. Other interesting folklore is that a ghost lives here, though we have not experienced anything unusual.”

The family-owned and operated business has been in the works since 2016 and is proud to be coordinating a grand opening with the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce on March 1 in celebration of Texas Independence Day (March 2).

The space is divided into eight private offices, ranging from 88 to 238 square feet, and two meeting rooms, seating either six or 10 people. Fully stocked break rooms and kitchen facilities, controlled entry, free visitor parking, on-site management and storage options are a few of the amenities offered. In addition, each meeting room is fully equipped with high-speed internet and a wireless presentation gateway to stream HD content to an LED TV.

Current tenants represent a variety of professions and businesses ranging from a psychologist and CPA to a guitar school and insurance agency.

Not in the market for a physical office, but still need all the amenities of one? Lone Star Executive Suites also offers virtual offices to anyone that may work from home but still needs a professional address and a place for client meetings. Skip the normal office obligations such as decorating duties and a diploma on the wall, and enjoy mail and package handling, a local telephone number, call forwarding, printing and notary services.
