Asian Top Owner and 
Manager Henry Chen Shares a Favorite Recipe

Owner and manager Henry Chen of Asian Top has been running the business for almost 13 years. The restaurant, located at 2100 W. Northwest Highway, offers an all-you-can-eat buffet and promises fresh ingredients in all their creations. Chen bought the former Hibachi Grill when his cousin, who worked there at the time, told him the business was for sale, and Asian Top has found its place in Grapevine ever since. He’d worked in restaurants for about seven years as just about every position you can imagine—chef, waiter, manager, and more—so it was finally time to own his own business in which he could include his own twists.

One of the many dishes Chen brought from his home into his business is crab meat jalapenos, a delicious snack!

Crab Meat Jalapenos

+ 8 ounces crab meat, shredded

+ Jalapeno

+ 6 ounces cream cheese

  1. 1. Cut stem off of jalapeno and remove seeds
  2. 2. Fill the jalapeno with cream cheese.
  3. 3. Add the crab.
  4. 4. Deep fry the entire thing.
  5. 5. Enjoy!
